多年後，郵票設計師李光棋回到三仙台寫生，一處曾被他描繪為風景郵票的地方。時間、海風與身體緩緩交疊於此，過去與此刻的視線也重新相遇。

〈重疊寫生〉以寫生行動為核心，由多組影像與裝置共同構成，包括由行動延伸出的雙頻道錄像、李光棋與藝術家所拍攝的風景底片、郵票與攝影相互疊映的裝置，以及於三仙台完成的水彩原作。作品重新梳理風景如何被刻畫、取景與傳遞，使同一地點於各種技術條件中所留下的畫面彼此對照。從早期郵票所建構的景觀想像，到當代景區監視器持續更新的直播畫面，觀看風景的方式始終伴隨著特定媒介與時代條件而生成。

一張郵票，作為歷史圖像與個人記憶之間的媒介，也讓不同時代的風景觀看方式彼此交會；而當人們靠近與觀看風景的同時，也悄然成為風景的一部分。


Many years later, stamp designer Lee Kwang Chi returns to Sanxiantai to paint on site, revisiting a place he once depicted as a scenic postage stamp. Time, sea breeze, and bodily presence slowly overlap here, allowing the gazes of past and present to encounter one another once again.

Overlapping Sketches centers around the act of plein-air painting and is composed of multiple moving-image works and installations, including a dual-channel video extended from the painting action, landscape negatives photographed by both Lee Kwang Chi and the artist, layered installations combining stamps and photography, and watercolor paintings completed at Sanxiantai. The work reconsiders how landscapes are depicted, framed, and circulated, allowing images produced under various technological conditions to coexist and reflect upon one another within the same site. From the scenic imagination constructed through early postage stamps to the continuously updated livestreams of contemporary scenic surveillance systems, ways of viewing landscapes have always been shaped by particular media and historical conditions.

A postage stamp becomes a medium between historical imagery and personal memory, allowing different modes of viewing landscapes to intersect across time. And as people approach and observe landscapes, they quietly become part of the landscape themselves.
